Five ways in which I think I have human capital that is truly unique is my communication skills and skill of being transparent at all costs regardless the situation. Another unique capital of mine is my leadership skills that I can utilize in team work settings or in any given situation, I am someone who will step up and be a leader. Wanting to always leave my mark and to make an impact is something that I think makes me very unique. Another skill that separates me from everyone else is my work-ethic that is very hardworking and not stopping until my goal is accomplished, I love setting goals and achieving them. Lastly, teamwork skills, in any given situation I can work with people I know as well as strangers, but can make sure the task is done and utilizing my teamwork skills to achieve that.
The first person I interviewed was my roommate. He thinks the main thing that makes me different in my love and passion for my career aspirations of working in sports. He thinks I am an dedicated individual who works hard to achieve my goals no matter what it takes to accomplish them. He thinks my passion and goal-oriented mind will help me go far in my career. The second person I interviewed was my dad. He thought the one thing that made me different was my communication skills and how I can be put into any situation and I could use my words to get me out of it or communicate with people well even when I don't know them. He thinks I could be a good car salesman because of my persuading skills. The third person I interviewed was my oldest brother. He thought that my teamwork skills were a big factor in separating me from everyone else, he believes I could work on projects or tasks with anybody and be able to help make it run smoothly. I interviewed my other roommate to see what he thought about me, he said that I am a hard worker who loves to set goals and achieve them. My last interview was my middle brother. He thought that my leadership initiative was a huge thing that makes me different and unique. He thinks that with all of my experiences that I am a good leader and someone that my peers look up to in any given situation. Overall, all of interviews gave me a better look of my unique skill set and what my potential is.
During my interviews and afterwards, I was able to spot the small differences in how they viewed me versus how I viewed myself. A lot of the things they said were skills that I believed I had so it makes me happy to know that the people that know me the best view me in a similar way that I view myself. I think that the interviewees were correct with their assessments of me and I think it was very beneficial to conduct these interviews to confirm my secret sauce. The only correction I would make to my list is my passions and love for my career aspirations of working in sports.

15A - Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2
The first person that I interviewed to figure out their buying behavior was someone who attends FSU. I was told that when purchasing a product or service that the most important detail of the transaction is that price matters most. They feel like they don't want to overspend on a product or service at one place when they can get a cheaper deal for essentially the same thing at a different place. When they want something they want to get it at the right price and feel like they aren't being ripped off during the process. Another important quality was of course the quality of the product or service. They don't want to just purchase any product or service without knowing they are receiving good quality with it. Most of their purchases came from in-store and not as much online as they rather see what they were getting in person.
The second person that I interviewed was a local student at UF. They had a different perspective when it came to buyer behavior. They believed that the most important quality when making a purchase for a product or service was quality and only quality. They were not concerned with pricing as all they were interested in was having the top quality product or service. They as well are people who purchase in person, if they are spending serious amounts of money on these products or services they rather know what they are receiving in person versus ordering online and possibly an error happening and something going wrong. They are very old fashioned and think in person is the way to go. The things that help them determine a good purchase to a bad one is the necessity to it and the outcome it brings them.
The third and final person I interviewed was a student from UCF. This person is interesting because a huge factor in deciding products or services is style. They are very trendy and always want to be up to date with the top trends from either products or services. They did mention that a big factor was quality, they didn't want to buy something that was trendy, but had poor quality. They want to be able to show off what they are paying for. Pricing was not mentioned so I assume that did not have much of a barring in the buyer behavior. The thing that matters most to this person was the style of the product or service and that was what makes them think if a purchase was worth it or not.
All in all, after conducting all these interviews it should that not everyone is the same, but instead people have different buying behaviors. Even though people have favorite things to target when making purchases, a lot of the same behavior does replicate and overlap in certain areas. Even though you might like different things, quality for example might still be on the top of that list for both people. Overall, I learned a lot from these interviews and it taught me different behaviors.

14A - Halfway Reflection
1. A behavior that I have used in this course to keep up with requirements of this course is being organized and always trying to work ahead so that I can utilize my time for efficiently for this and my other classes. It is always good to work ahead so you have time to go back and edit your assignments or allowing you to work on other assignments when you are busy on a certain week. Being communicative and innovative are huge behaviors that I have acknowledged that I need for this class as talking with people for interviews and thinking creatively is important.
2. I am the definition of lazy and debating just waiting all the way until the last minute that an assignment is due. There are times I rather just go to southwest to workout, take a nap, or eat, but I understand that because of what I am trying to accomplish here at school and post graduation that I need to not give up, but instead get my work done correctly and efficiently. I do everything necessary to make sure that I am successful in this course and in school.
3. The first tip I would say would be to stay on top of the assignments and to write down when blogs are due because they come up quickly and you wouldn't want to get a zero on an assignment. Another tip would be to watch the lecture videos because they are useful and helpful when navigating throughout this course. It simplifies everything and makes you think creatively with these assignments. My last tip would be to read the other students blogs in your group to really appreciate some of these elevator pitches and assignments. It provides you with great examples and a realization that some of these ideas are realistic.

13A - Reading Reflection No. 1
1. The entrepreneur that I read about was Steve Jobs. The thing that surprised me the most with Jobs was his usage of LSD at such a young age of 17 years old. Obviously drugs were not as big of a deal as they are now, but at 17 to be experimenting with LSD was shocking in my mind. What I admired most about Steve Jobs was his independence and mindset of not allowing anyone make decisions for him, but instead he makes them himself, such as the college he wanted to attend and furthermore did. The least thing I admired about Steve Jobs was his teamwork skills and attitude in general when working on different projects. Yes, jobs suffered through a lot of adversity and issues, but ultimately overcame them when apple became as successful as it is. He struggled in the beginning portion of his career due to the popularity of IBM, but his work-ethic and innovative creativity helped achieve greatness.
2. The competencies that I noticed in Steve Jobs was his career aspirations and mindset to succeed and be successful at everything he did. Jobs was very determined and was ready for any challenge thrown his way.
3. One part of the reading that was confusing to me was why his attitude was the way it was toward Atari. Why was his body odor bad? Just want to know what the big significance behind that was.
4. If I was able to ask Steve Jobs two questions those questions would be, at the beginning of this process did you think apple would be as big as it is today? I have a feeling that Jobs knew this had so much potential and that they would succeed, but everyone surrounds their lives around apple products. The other question I would ask would be did you ever consider quitting and giving up your dream and career aspirations? Everyone at one point gets frustrated and believes they can't get to their end goal, curious as to his thought process and what he thought.
5. I believe that Steve Job's opinion of hard work would be that if you were a hard worker that it would result in success and that you are capable of achieving adversity and getting to where you ultimately want to be in the world. I obviously do share that same opinion as he does, if I gave up on my work, I wouldn't be able to achieve my career goals.

12A- Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1
The segment that I chose was college students, which was very simple because my application service is based around the need for college students to use this as a communication forum for traveling arrangements. I am in this segment and there are many students here specifically at the University of Florida that are in this segment as well.
After conducting my three thorough interviews, it was very evident that this application that I wanted to develop was realistic and something that can be useful and effective moving forward instead of the current platform in place. All three of my interviews were the exact candidates that I was searching for, my target market. College students at universities in the state of Florida that did not own a vehicle at school. The current issue that these kids are undergoing is the wanting of traveling home or to a city without knowing how to get there due to their lack of available transportation. Each of the kids told me that they used social platforms such as facebook and twitter to try to find transportation from where they were to where they wanted to go. These kids are looking for a safe and easy way to be able to travel and not have to think twice. My application idea of a platform where students can request rides and drivers can request passengers can communicate so everyone is happy. This application serves many purposes and is not complex in any manner. Each of these students, even from different schools, agree that this idea is realistic and would be popular amongst college students and other locals who are in the same need. The idea of having a communication platform app which connects you to other students who are driving would simplify this issue and the unmet need that many of these students currently have. If this is proven to be successful in the state of Florida, this could easily expand to other states, where local schools would be placed in one group and the rest would be solved by the communication. Each of the people that I interviewed agreed that with the right process and doing, this can easily be utilized by any student at any school. That transportation and going home can be that simple and not complex like the current issues that exist today.
These interviews showed me that this idea would fully work in the environment that we are in today and possibly could expand if it works out. A thing that I considered was verifying the drivers and making sure they had a clean background before taking another college student, for safety purposes. Overall, I think this idea can definitely become a reality, just needs to be done correctly and made sure no errors are made.

11A - Idea Napkin No. 1
1. My name is Alex Bachenheimer, I am an third year student majoring in business administration with a specialization in sports management. Upon graduation, I plan on attending law school to further my career aspirations of becoming a sports agent. I work with both the women's basketball team as well as the men's baseball team here at the University of Florida. My skills are that I am a good problem solver as well as communicator when it comes to working in teams. I am also someone who can take initiative and be a leader in a specific situation. Like I said above, my aspirations are to become a sports agent because of my love and passion for sports athletes growing up. I chose this business idea due to the unmet need and something that plenty of people are affected by. If I were to start this business, it would help the unmet need of others and definitely be great to know I am making an impact and change on people.
2. The service that I am offering to my clients is an transportation application that is used a communication forum where students and other locals that are in need of a ride. This platform allows for communication of those that are searching for rides whether that be from north Florida all the way down to south Florida. All they would need to do is download the application and it will pick up your location and connect you with others in the surrounding areas who are looking for rides or people that are driving who would want give rides.
3. I am offering this application to college students and students who are in the local area of the state of Florida. This idea has a lot of potential, so I am hoping that if it is as successful as I think it could be, it could expand bigger across the United States. For example, utilizing the state of the Florida would include students from, UF, FSU, UM. USF, UCF, and FGCU. As all those major schools are included, it offers a variety of different options of where kids could possibly be traveling to.
4. My target market and demographics care because traveling is something that happens every day and weekend essentially. People that are trying to get home from Gainesville all the way to Miami, but don't have a car and don't want to pay a major fee of taking a bus such as, Greyhound and Red Coach. It is something that would be beneficial and less complex if they knew they could use an application to ride with other students and locals to the destination that they are going towards.
5. The thing that sets me apart from everyone else is that this application does not exist and the only competition that remotely is relevant is students using a facebook group that is very inefficient and something that will not sustain long-term. My application stands out due to its features of paying/tipping the driver if you both agree that you would pay for gas or you would pay for their dinner. These reasons are what separates me from everyone else and is something that I have that the competition does not.
I believe that these elements do fit together, that it is a logical idea and something that could be very realistic if the process was done correctly. This is an unmet need ands something that many college and local students go through when trying to travel elsewhere. The only aspects of this application that I would say could be worked on are the logistics behind the drivers to make sure that they have a clean slate of a record and you are not just driving with a complete stranger, but other than that I believe this idea has a lot of potential and something that can bring in immediate income due to the need of this. Overall, everything will be examined and thoroughly looked upon before releasing of this app.

9A - Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2
Who: After conducting an additional five interviews and furthering my research of this opportunity, I found a correlation and relationship between the people facing this issue and lack of sports organization in their respected city. Seeing and noticing the success of other cities as they consume an economic increase due to their sports organization, it is evident that people want to bring a sports franchise to their supportive city, but only if the price is right and it makes complete sense economically as well as socially. For example, I used the city of Las Vegas to bring in an National Football League team since the bringing in of the National Hockey League team was such a booming success on a multitude of levels. The city was an amazing location for it due to its population and economic growth that the city has. It improved their economic status, created employment, and produced entertainments for its tourists and residents. These interviews happen to show that if a state such as North Dakota wanted to bring an expansion team or establish one, the benefits would exist, but not capitalize in the way they would want them to due to the total population in people and the popularity of the idea of using money to build a stadium and finance this franchise. There are similarities and differences, but the cons would seem to outweigh the pros. On the other hand, a city such as San Antonio would be another example of a city that should get an NFL team due to the population as a whole and the advantages it would bring if such things occurred. The people that I interviewed fully understood the merit of what I was trying to get at and had agreements in opinions on the different states and cities that should get a franchise versus some that should not.
What: With what I am trying to accomplish, it is evident that it isn't something that can happen over night, probably not in two nights either. It is a long process with a long-term benefits that the city of Las Vegas would full reap. If this were to happen which is in debate, would bring in increased income and revenue for the city due to the benefits that it is tied to. Creating jobs and employment, building and bringing a city closer and establishing entertainment for years to come is something that Vegas would do and what other major cities could do if they had an organization.
Benefits:
- Creates employment
- Automatic revenue to the city
- Another reason for tourist and residents to stay in Las Vegas long-term
Why: The cause of the outsiders needs are the same for the people that are inside the boundary. Cities countlessly each year try to make a major impact and move by bringing in an NFL franchise all for the same reasons and benefits. All in all, yes each city has a different structure and different reasons behind it. Not every city may get approved, but the cities that do have the same reasonings and benefiting the city as a whole is the main one.

| Inside the boundary | Outside the boundary |
| Who is In: Las Vegas, other major cities who don't have an NFL franchise in existence already. | Who is Not: Small cities without NFL organizations who's economy would not benefit from this move and ultimately make it a waste. |
| What the Need Is: To bring in NFL Organization to their respected city. | What the Need Is Not: Bringing an organization that would not help the current economic standing of that city. |
| Why the Need Exists: Creation of employment and jobs, revenue and income brought in by the franchise, and adds a factor for tourists and residents to stay settled in the city. | Alternative Explanations: Indifferent to the issue and because they don't feel it will be beneficial to the city in many ways. |
