30A- Final Reflection

The things that stick out to me the most as the most formative experience and things that I will remember years down the line are that I was able to get out of my comfort zone and really establish myself as a young entrepreneur trying to make a dream into a reality. I think doing those elevator pitches really taught me a lot about myself and gave me confidence that I did not think I really had before this course started. I am really proud of myself for getting out my shell and taking chances and really reaching and digging deep to try to come up with a business venture that I saw as a reality. This class taught me a lot about myself and with in regards to what I want to do in the upcoming future of my business career. By completing reading reflections and utilizing that knowledge with a combination of the lectures, I was able to accomplish a lot during this semester.

Yes, I do see myself as more of an entrepreneur after this course and really figuring out new different things about myself. I for sure consider myself to have a entrepreneurial mindset and could see myself years down the line looking at different possible products or services that I could implement in the upcoming future after college.

One recommendation that I would say to students coming into this class is to be open-minded and to really go with a business mindset. You need to be organized in this class to succeed, that is something that I did while partaking in this class. Go in with the mindset that you will succeed and I promise that you will succeed.

29A - Venture Concept No. 2

Opportunity:

College students and local Gainesville citizens are involved with the hardship of acquiring transportation to and from home from city to city each semester. This is due a numerous amounts of reasons including financial hardship and not being able to obtain a vehicle, guardians not allowing you bring a car to school, or you just don't have the resources that other students may have to get you to where you need  to go. This is a major opportunity and has potential through the roof. The market and customers of this issue are Gainesville citizens and students throughout the state of Florida. This issue is supposed be solved by the creation of a service application that allows you to talk with the other people in the area that are traveling in the same areas that you are. This issue occurs in many different locations within the state of Florida so I am hoping to turn the issue around and solve this complex conflict. The current solutions of this are utilizing social media to communicate with other people in your local area to travel but that has never been a working solution for this problem. This is a big opportunity with potential through the roof, all it needs is the right guidance and support cast to make sure this communication application works. The window of opportunity is very evident and something that has been waiting to be solved. I think overtime soon this application can be a realistic solution.

Innovation:

My service that I am establishing is a downloadable application that is used as a communication forum for locals around the state of Florida to coordinate rides to and from home and schools, etc. This has been something that i have wanted to plan for months now as I used to be someone who was a main target for this application. This application is simplify and resolve the issue of students having to take long bus rides back home and or riding with complete strangers. My application is supposed to make those issues go away and to come up with a fixed solution. My application allows you to see full reports on the people you are riding with including different features that benefits both you and the driver. Overall, this creative innovation is something that would be very beneficial for managing these rides in any city.

Venture Concept:

My innovation will directly solve this opportunity and unmet need because it serves as a benchmark and a sense of simplicity as this travel application allows students to communicate with other students to coordinate rides home amongst each other. This service solves many financially discrepancies that many students still encounter with today so I believe that this idea will help solve that and I truly believe that there are many features and incentives that this will be a hit on college campuses in the state of Florida and hopefully across the United States. This concept started as an idea as I was a freshman at UF with no car and nobody to ride with, this idea helps a financial burden as it is too expensive and not simple for kids to get rides home from school anymore. Students will adapt to this service and use it as their number one go to when they are in need of a ride whether that be for a break such as winter or spring or just they need to go home for an emergency and they luckily caught a student going home at the same time as them. Overall, this has potential and room to grow, this service will be of usage in the future to many students.

The feedback that I received from my peers was that this was a realistic business venture and something that had a lot of potential. They think I have the tools to succeed and just need the right people to surround my business around to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Ultimately I have taken these notes and realize from all these past assignments and feedback from them that not everything is perfect in the beginning and that people may need a few attempts before being successful. The feedback was crucial and something that I plan on utilizing in the future. I changed my business venture concept by taking the feedback and really taking it to heart so that I was able to take the notes, plan for the future and then implement them in the future with the correct protocols. I will be bringing in new partners and people who are very qualified in many different segments that I am able to fully accomplish my goal of reaching a top utilized in the application. I hope to spread this app across the United States to make this the biggest application I can.

28A- Your Exit Strategy

The exit strategy that I plan to execute with this communication application platform is for me to build up on service and ultimately sell it after years of success and flourishing. I am not interested in being in my company for the long haul because as I get older and mature I will want to move onto another business venture as I am someone who loves to jump around and live an interesting life. I have selected this exist strategy because since my business idea has a lot to do with college students, I will want to move on and work with older people and ultimately have a new life in regards to businesses. I will move forward and take those skills and lessons that I have learned and implement them into my future business operations. This exit strategy and everything that I have learned has completely influenced my decision making in identifying an opportunity. It has influenced my growth intentions because of my hunger to become successful and be good at what I do. Overall, all of these past assignments and strategies that I have learned have made a huge impact on my future with what I want to do.

27A- Reading Reflection No. 3

The last book that I chose to read from the ENT3003 reading list was Mindset: The New Psychology of Success written by Carol Dweck.

1. The overall theme and summary of this book is the mindset of growth and success that successful people obtain and talks thoroughly about the adversities they encountered with and the overall improvement they were able to accomplish with the right mindset.

2. This book is very closely connected with ENT3003 and the merit of this class due to the adversities and conflicts that entrepreneurs deal with the ability to overcome those issues. As an entrepreneur, you see that you can fail at something numerous times but that doesn't ultimately decide your fate. Having the right mindset and a hard work ethic, you can achieve anything that you put your mind towards.

3. If I had to implement an assignment in class in regards to this book, I would have an exercise where students had to make a script and act as entrepreneurs and have them sell an idea or service but ultimately get rejected to show them failure and how it existed in every single day. The point of this exercise is to teach failure and overcome this adversity by being successful and a hard worker.

4. A surprising part of the novel that brought acknowledgment to me was that they talk about complimenting each other and that it is not suggested amongst peers. Usually you were raised in the world where you thought complimenting one another was good but in this case it is not. Motivating someone is a good push for someone's business mindset. Overall, this was a great novel with interesting lessons that can be utilized moving forward.

26A- Celebrating Failure

A time this past semester that I failed, was when I was working with coding and editing programs with the University of Florida women's basketball team. I was tasked with having to self teach myself and apply my skills to coding service programs that the women's basketball team utilizes to help its highlight reels and film for future opponents. After hours on hours of self-learning, I had to take precut film given to me by the coaching staff and essentially use these programs to get my task completed that was ordered of me. I failed, a lot. That didn't stop me from trying and getting better at it. In the end, after more research and attempts it ultimately clicks together and you achieve success. I learned that success is built on hard work and the right mindset, you can achieve anything when you have your brain in the right spot and you are dedicated to working and getting everything done no matter the adversities in your way. I handle failure by doing what I can control and being better the next time around, it's the way you finish that matters not the way you start. This class has changed my perspective on failure because as an entrepreneur, you will go through hardship and failure but that doesn't mean to give up and give up on your dreams. I truly believe that I would take a risk now than you were just a few months ago by being in this class. Overall, failure is a part of life but anyone can overcome anything in any given situation.

25A - What's Next?

Existing Market
My application is obviously dependent on technology as usage of cellphones or other devices in need for this application to be utilized. As technology continues to evolve so will the application including its features and incentives.

1. The first customer that I interviewed stated that I should spread more awareness of the application at each university to really reach the maximum potential on the marketing side of the business. As stated above with technological, maybe buying advertisements or posting more on different media platforms would better increase usage.

2. The second customer that I interviewed mentioned that I need to run out of the box promotions and really increase my incentives and features so there would be no reason that everyone would download the application. They think when there are incentives that it increases the chances people will use the app.

3. The third person I interviewed brought up that I should maybe consider expanding my team and bringing in my workers to help me more creatively innovate more and different ideas that will better the overall flow and infrastructure of my business.

As I reflect on the interviews that I held, it obviously is motivating to hear from people and to hear views that are from outside of your internal team. Speaking with the direct customers provides me with a better way to handling our application and with what I want to do with it moving forward.

I agree that my team and I need to market our brand better and really offer incentives that everybody wants to be included on. If that means partnering with big companies to expand and have growth then that might be something that needs to be done in the coming future.

New Market
In this market, I am targeting the ones who are financially handicapped as compared to the original target of just any college student who needed a ride home from school to home.

1. The first person I interviewed was someone who is not financially in a situation where they can not afford to tip the driver but it worked out due to a segment in the application that offers customers free rides with no tips needed for this ride.

2. The second person thought my service would not work for people that couldn't financially afford this application due to the fees that may be included within the application.

Overall theses interviews were good because they gave me a good overview and different view of people who may not be the target market or demographics. Getting a different outlook provides me a better idea of the people to target and what I ultimately want to accomplish.

I think that my interviews went better in the first round compared to my second interviews even though the second group provided me with more insight. More research and thinking will definitely better my knowledge.

24A - Venture Concept No. 1

Opportunity:

This opportunity is one that has a lot of potential is an opportunity for a group of customers and people who have an unmet or under-met need. As a freshman at the University of Florida, I was part of this unmet need as I was from south Florida living in Gainesville, Florida with no car and no real transportation. Finding rides back home were always a pain and something that was such a hassle to deal with at the time. If I couldn't find a ride my options were to take a bus that essentially doubled the travel time or instead pay for a plane ticket that usually more than $500 one way. This seemed like a conflict that needed to be solved and I felt that I was the right person to make sure that this unmet need went met in the coming future. The need of this service is college students all around the state of Florida and the nature of this need was critical as students are constantly traveling back and forth from school to home etc. The forces that helped create this opportunity is the never ending conflict that not every kid at school has a car that they can use to travel from home to school. Geographically most kids from the state of Florida end up going to college in the state Florida that may be as close as minutes away to almost eight hours away, overall this idea has potential based on the fact that the attendance of these schools is through the roof and not decreasing anytime soon. Customers are currently satisfying this need by taking busses and planes which is not convenient nor price friendly to the consumers. This window of opportunity will be open ultimately forever as parents do not allow students to take their cars up to school with them.

Innovation:

My innovative thinking and idea is to establish an application that can be utilized on any mobile device that is used as a communication forum for students at each local university that allows you to communicate and offer students to drive other students back to their home whether that mean dropping them off at a certain location or bringing them straight to their door, ultimately these needs need to be met because consumers are suffering all the time when they are in need of a ride and have nowhere to go for it. My application allows you to do background checks and find out basic information with the person you are driving with as well as allows you to chat and for you to get to know one another. A feature on my application is offering incentives for both the driver and rider based on how many miles you have traveled together which include different restaurant promotions and coupons as well as saving money on gas and car washes as we all know cars get very dirty when traveling long distances. I will make money from this opportunity by students all around the state of Florida by downloading this application that will serve as a convenient service for students that do not want to spend money on airplane or bus rides. I was planning on starting this application for free so that it gains traction and popularity amongst the local schools and then she where I can make extra money buy ultimately I believe the popularity and potential is there for this service.

My most important resource within this service as to serving the consumer is that as of now no other company has come up with such a service and the only existing similar idea is social media pages that are highly unreliable and have many problems attached to them. I believe that these incentives an features based on milage for food and other cool things give me the upper hand in this process and makes my brand and service stick out.

The next thing that is up for my venture is to reach out and really test this application on local gainesville students who are in need of rides for summer break. Clearly kids do need this service as the struggle occurs every semester with kids who need to have their parents drive up here to help them go back home or to buy plane tickets. It is a financial burden and I believe this idea will be successful and just need the right guidance ahead.

The thing that is up for me, assuming I launched this application, is to watch it grow and expand. Hopefully that in the state of Florida it will be very successful in the coming half decade and thats where I will probably attempt to move it and expand past the state of Florida and see if I can test this out in other states. I believe that the unmet need that exists in Floria fully exists in other states so I think that expanding across the United States is where I want to go with this idea.

23A- Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

1: My major: Business Administration
V: Has allowed me to build and sustain business-related relationships, assists in conducting my service.
R: Even though there are many business majors, not many have the same insight and career aspirations as I do.
I: I am a business major specializing in sports management so it separates myself from the main population.
N: Having the ability to have different majors and work pasts to be able to accomplish a product or service.

2. My transparency skills
V: I am very transparent with everyone and never try to hide the truth.
R: A lot of people aren't transparent and rather hide information instead of releasing it to the public.
I: It isn't difficult to be transparent, it's a character trait that comes with honesty and communication.
N: I plan on having people work with me so having them be transparent is key as well as myself.

3. My interest in simplicity
V: I am an advocate for simplicity and want a world that isn't complex.
R: What the current standing situation is for what my idea is very complex and not easy.
I: It can be simple, just takes the correct planning and efforts to get the task completed.
N: I need to be able to implement my plan and make it as simple as possible so no issues occur.

4. Lack of competitors in field
V: Outside of social media failing groups, no application's purpose it to solve what I am solving.
R: It's uncommon to not have competition especially in regard to involving a cellular device.
I: Obviously other companies can establish a similar idea, but not having competition is key.
N: The service is very straight forward but obviously expanding and being innovative is an option.

5. My family
V: My mother is a hard-working individual who has kept the same job with the same company since she was 21 years old.
R: Not always is someone fortunate enough to have a family that is a good support cast during this process.
I: If you don't have it, you won't be able to utilize it.
N: Outside of your family, comes external support and other "business family"

6: My work ethic
V: I was raised with parents who implemented a strong work-ethic and that's how I carry myself daily.
R: Not everyone has a good work-ethic and that is why many businesses fail.
I: If you don't have a good work-ethic you won't be able to grow and ultimately achieve your goal.
N: Nobody is going to give you a work-ethic you need to strive and work hard to obtain it.

7: Support from local consumers
V: Many potential consumers from the Gainesville area want this idea implemented and to be apart of it.
R: Not everyone is going to use it, but the vast majority without cars will utilize this service to their wanting.
I: If I didn't have this local support, there are tons of colleges in the state of Florida who need this service.
N: Unless you are taking a plane home or walking, this service will not be substituted.

8: My hunger to succeed
V: I grew up hungry to succeed in the business world and plan on doing so in the future.
R: Not everyone is as hungry as the next person and opportunities need to be taken advantage of.
I: If you don't have the hunger to succeed, someone else who is will and then you won't have anything.
N: It can replaced only if you don't want to achieve your business goal, other than that it's not.

9: My leadership skills
V: I have had numerous leadership roles in the past few years that have made me into a great leader.
R: Not everyone is a leader so these skills are rare in that not everyone is build for it.
I: If you don't want to be a leader then you will have to take a minimized role.
N: Being a leader is critical and you can't not be one if you want to be the captain of your own ship.

10: My personal connection
V: I was a college student with no car with a need of trying to get home, I needed this service when it did not exist.
R: It is rare because these social media pages did not exist and the only way of getting home was plane or bus if you couldn't get a ride.
I: You can imitate a personal connection or make it up, it just exists.
N: Your past experiences and connections builds the personal connection and it is something that can't be substituted.

My top resource is my hunger to succeed. My hunger to succeed is due to my connection to my family and what they want from me in the future with my career aspirations. They believe in me and think I have the most potential in the world to be successful with any business idea or service I have. Overall, my hunger to succeed and not taking no as an answer has built me up to who I am today.

22A- Elevator Pitch No. 3

The feedback that I received from my last elevator pitch was very resourceful and helpful in that I am able to gain criticism and feedback from kids my age who are in the same position as me. Obviously there are always things that you need to work on to make sure your pitch is perfect but getting these lessons now are crucial. My posture was a good feedback that I received as well as my direct tone of voice. I'd say all of my feedback was insightful and helpful.

I am definitely more comfortable in front of the camera versus the beginning of this semester for our first elevator pitch. I need to work on the memorization portion of the elevator pitch are there are some details from time to time that I still leave out by accident that could better the pitch overall. I believe the pitch is better completely compared to the first elevator pitch I did for this class. Overall, all these attempts and pitches help grow your brand and make you better at speaking.

21A- Reading Reflection No. 2

How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big
By Scott Adams

1. The general overhaul and theme of this book is the process of conflicts and issues that Adams had to encounter with on his journey route to success, sharing going from loss to loss and until eventually winning big.

2. This book connected with me personally and enhanced with what I am learning in ENT3003 because every entrepreneur has predicaments and issues when starting a business and not everything is perfect and smooth sailing in the beginning of an product/service. Having a strong work-ethic and being able to overcome adversity is key to ultimately becoming successful which is a main plot line in the story that Adams tells.

3. If I had to design an exercise for this class based on the readings of How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big it would include scenarios where I would have students come up with a script of an product or service an demonstrate it to the class almost as an elevator pitch. I would then allow the other students to offer criticism and show that not everything is perfect its first time and that you need to practice and practice more to make sure that you know the information and that you can overcome any adversity thrown your way.

4. My biggest surprise from after reading this book would probably be when he states that "My worldview is that all success is luck if you track it back to its source." I don't believe necessarily that everything successful is lucky because that comes with having the right mindset and being a hard worker with a strong work-ethic. I think that luck is something that comes along the journey but not necessarily that everything you do successfully is luck. Overall, this way the biggest surprise moment for me when reading this novel.

20A- Growing Your Social Capital

Person 1: Lioz is someone I want to add to my social capital. He is someone who is very experienced and engaged in similar business activity as me as he is someone who manages different applications to reach out to college students as well. He is the domain expert of my capital because of his experience and technical skills that he brings with him. He knows what I want to accomplish and has similar goals in mind. I found this person through connections and relationships that I built at the University of Florida as he is a student at Florida State with the same mindset as me as to helping resolve the traveling issue. The nature of exchange that I have with Lioz is that we agreed to both help each other in our respected applications as we are both technologically advanced, we believe that we can balance each other out and ultimately help one another. Including Lioz in my network will better enhance my ability to exploit this opportunity because it gives me another brain to work with which means the innovative thinking is increased.

Person 2: The second person that I want to add to my social capital is Jessica. She is another college student but attends the University of Miami. She is super involved and someone who has a lot of experience in customer research and target marketing. She would be the expert of my market because of her past experiences and aspirations for researching customers and what they look for when deciding to use a product or service. She had once attempted to create a service but didn't have the right tools to do so, she believes together, we can make this service work. I contacted her through friends who attend the University of Miami so it was easy to get in contact with her. The nature of the exchange was that we agreed to work together one multiple projects whether that be something I want done or she wants done. It it a mutual agreement that will lead to a great relationship. Including her in my capital will better enhance this opportunity because of her skillset and what she brings to the table.

Person 3: The last person who I want to add to my capital is Colin. He is a student at the University of Florida. He is a genius and someone who has been a entrepreneur since a young age. He sells services to similar organizations around the state which is why I would be making him the important supplier in my social capital. He has a ton of experience and have no doubt that those experiences make him a great candidate and someone I could trust in the future moving forward. I found Colin at the local Reitz Union where I overheard him discussing his supplier experience with a fellow student, I spoke with him and believed this could be a fit together. The exchange that we have amongst each other is that I would help him in his supplier experience and he would me build my brand and to become more knowledgable to the public eye so I gain more traction on campus. Colin will help me build my network not only with his past experiences but also because of the relationships he has built that can help me further my business.

This experience will better shape my participation networking skills dramatically. This experience allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and really communicate with people I hadn't with before. These people that I chose as my social capital will better my overall service with what I am trying to accomplish. This experience differed from my past experiences because in the past I was someone who was to shy to talk to a stranger or someone who would be conservative. This experience built up my character and ultimately helped me get to where I want to go with this service.

19A- Idea Napkin No. 2

1. Hi, I am Alex Bachenheimer, a junior majoring in business administration with a certificate in sports management. My talents are that I am a hard-worker and have great communication skills. I love to work in groups because of the total brain power that is there that can help produce a bigger product. I am a leader and someone who knows sometimes in a specific project I may have to take the back seat and take on a different lesser role. My experiences entrepreneurial wise aren't too huge, I used to do local car washes in my neighborhood at a young age as well as sell jerseys and sneakers. My career aspirations are to work in the sports industry either as a sports agent or in a professional sports organization. My business concept of stop-in-go was something that I thought about while I was a freshman at school and believed the idea of it had potential something that maybe could be realistic. I don't think it would play a major role in my life, but for right now it could have some significance.

2. I am offering an application service that connects local college students amongst the state of Florida to communicate and chat about car rides that will be taking place on future dates. It essentially is a platform for communication and allowing college students to see who they are riding with and offering them incentives and features within the application.

3. I am offering my application to specifically college students, both male and females. They are my demographic and target market because I am focusing on making going home more convenient and easy for students around the state of Florida. This service is suppose to be for college students who find a hard time to get a ride home to their respected city.

4. Customers will actually pay for this service because instead of having to take greyhound or red coach busses, they will have a much easier way of finding local rides at a much cheaper price. They also will be riding with college students versus random strangers on a bus. My application gives incentives and features that other options don't.

5. The thing that sets me apart from everyone else such as facebook is that this is much more convenient and holds features and incentives such as tipping and food coupons. Using facebook to connect with kids is not always an easy task and sometimes harder than you want it to be. Using my application gives you complete background checks on people and gives you a better sense of comfortability.

I believe that these elements fit together very well and strengthen the overall message and goal of this application service. I was once a freshman with no car and put in a situation where I had to take a random bus company back to south Florida. My service offers a much more convenient and easy way to facilitate that. These elements put together complete the overall message and system that I am trying to accomplish. This had a lot of potential and believe this will be a very popular idea moving forward.

Two main points that I took away from my feedback memo is that I should explain more thoroughly the incentives and features that my application has and what comes with it as well as how far am I trying to expand this service. Just within Florida or am I trying to expand throughout the United States. I incorporated these ideas back into my napkin by specifically listing my goals and what I want out of this service, especially listing incentives and features. Overall, I hope I can put this app to usage.

18A- Create a Customer Avatar

Josh is a 19-year-old college student at a local state university in Florida. He lives in Pine Crest, Miami with his mother, father, and two little sisters. He lives in an house not in a gated community, but with tons of surrounding land around it both in the front and back yards of the area. While he is at school he lives in the broward dorms and majors in business administration with a specialization in sports management. His only means of communications around campus are either taking the bus system, walking or ubering.

Josh is a sports freak and loves both playing and watching sports. Another thing he enjoys is going to the beach while he is at home, when he has the chance to catch a ride from someone since he does not have a car at school. Josh watches only a few select channels and shows on tv which include sportscenter, highly questionable, and the bachelor on ABC. Josh is a sophomore in college and still trying to grow his brand with experience and meeting new interesting people around campus.

The things that I have in common are that we both enjoy and love sports on many different platforms such as watching and playing sports. Another thing we have in common is that we are both business administration majors so we take similar courses. I think that it is not a coincidence that we both enjoy sports and are business majors because so many people in the world are majoring in business and want to always be growing their network. Overall, Josh is a typical customer and someone who has a lot of things in common with me.

16A - What's Your Secret Sauce?

Five ways in which I think I have human capital that is truly unique is my communication skills and skill of being transparent at all costs regardless the situation. Another unique capital of mine is my leadership skills that I can utilize in team work settings or in any given situation, I am someone who will step up and be a leader. Wanting to always leave my mark and to make an impact is something that I think makes me very unique. Another skill that separates me from everyone else is my work-ethic that is very hardworking and not stopping until my goal is accomplished, I love setting goals and achieving them. Lastly, teamwork skills, in any given situation I can work with people I know as well as strangers, but can make sure the task is done and utilizing my teamwork skills to achieve that.

The first person I interviewed was my roommate. He thinks the main thing that makes me different in my love and passion for my career aspirations of working in sports. He thinks I am an dedicated individual who works hard to achieve my goals no matter what it takes to accomplish them. He thinks my passion and goal-oriented mind will help me go far in my career. The second person I interviewed was my dad. He thought the one thing that made me different was my communication skills and how I can be put into any situation and I could use my words to get me out of it or communicate with people well even when I don't know them. He thinks I could be a good car salesman because of my persuading skills. The third person I interviewed was my oldest brother. He thought that my teamwork skills were a big factor in separating me from everyone else, he believes I could work on projects or tasks with anybody and be able to help make it run smoothly. I interviewed my other roommate to see what he thought about me, he said that I am a hard worker who loves to set goals and achieve them. My last interview was my middle brother. He thought that my leadership initiative was a huge thing that makes me different and unique. He thinks that with all of my experiences that I am a good leader and someone that my peers look up to in any given situation. Overall, all of interviews gave me a better look of my unique skill set and what my potential is.

During my interviews and afterwards, I was able to spot the small differences in how they viewed me versus how I viewed myself. A lot of the things they said were skills that I believed I had so it makes me happy to know that the people that know me the best view me in a similar way that I view myself. I think that the interviewees were correct with their assessments of me and I think it was very beneficial to conduct these interviews to confirm my secret sauce. The only correction I would make to my list is my passions and love for my career aspirations of working in sports.

15A - Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

The first person that I interviewed to figure out their buying behavior was someone who attends FSU.  I was told that when purchasing a product or service that the most important detail of the transaction is that price matters most. They feel like they don't want to overspend on a product or service at one place when they can get a cheaper deal for essentially the same thing at a different place. When they want something they want to get it at the right price and feel like they aren't being ripped off during the process. Another important quality was of course the quality of the product or service. They don't want to just purchase any product or service without knowing they are receiving good quality with it. Most of their purchases came from in-store and not as much online as they rather see what they were getting in person.

The second person that I interviewed was a local student at UF. They had a different perspective when it came to buyer behavior. They believed that the most important quality when making a purchase for a product or service was quality and only quality. They were not concerned with pricing as all they were interested in was having the top quality product or service. They as well are people who purchase in person, if they are spending serious amounts of money on these products or services they rather know what they are receiving in person versus ordering online and possibly an error happening and something going wrong. They are very old fashioned and think in person is the way to go. The things that help them determine a good purchase to a bad one is the necessity to it and the outcome it brings them.

The third and final person I interviewed was a student from UCF. This person is interesting because a huge factor in deciding products or services is style. They are very trendy and always want to be up to date with the top trends from either products or services. They did mention that a big factor was quality, they didn't want to buy something that was trendy, but had poor quality. They want to be able to show off what they are paying for. Pricing was not mentioned so I assume that did not have much of a barring in the buyer behavior. The thing that matters most to this person was the style of the product or service and that was what makes them think if a purchase was worth it or not.

All in all, after conducting all these interviews it should that not everyone is the same, but instead people have different buying behaviors. Even though people have favorite things to target when making purchases, a lot of the same behavior does replicate and overlap in certain areas. Even though you might like different things, quality for example might still be on the top of that list for both people. Overall, I learned a lot from these interviews and it taught me different behaviors.

14A - Halfway Reflection

1. A behavior that I have used in this course to keep up with requirements of this course is being organized and always trying to work ahead so that I can utilize my time for efficiently for this and my other classes. It is always good to work ahead so you have time to go back and edit your assignments or allowing you to work on other assignments when you are busy on a certain week. Being communicative and innovative are huge behaviors that I have acknowledged that I need for this class as talking with people for interviews and thinking creatively is important.

2. I am the definition of lazy and debating just waiting all the way until the last minute that an assignment is due. There are times I rather just go to southwest to workout, take a nap, or eat, but I understand that because of what I am trying to accomplish here at school and post graduation that I need to not give up, but instead get my work done correctly and efficiently. I do everything necessary to make sure that I am successful in this course and in school.

3. The first tip I would say would be to stay on top of the assignments and to write down when blogs are due because they come up quickly and you wouldn't want to get a zero on an assignment. Another tip would be to watch the lecture videos because they are useful and helpful when navigating throughout this course. It simplifies everything and makes you think creatively with these assignments. My last tip would be to read the other students blogs in your group to really appreciate some of these elevator pitches and assignments. It provides you with great examples and a realization that some of these ideas are realistic.

13A - Reading Reflection No. 1

1. The entrepreneur that I read about was Steve Jobs. The thing that surprised me the most with Jobs was his usage of LSD at such a young age of 17 years old. Obviously drugs were not as big of a deal as they are now, but at 17 to be experimenting with LSD was shocking in my mind. What I admired most about Steve Jobs was his independence and mindset of not allowing anyone make decisions for him, but instead he makes them himself, such as the college he wanted to attend and furthermore did. The least thing I admired about Steve Jobs was his teamwork skills and attitude in general when working on different projects. Yes, jobs suffered through a lot of adversity and issues, but ultimately overcame them when apple became as successful as it is. He struggled in the beginning portion of his career due to the popularity of IBM, but his work-ethic and innovative creativity helped achieve greatness.

2. The competencies that I noticed in Steve Jobs was his career aspirations and mindset to succeed and be successful at everything he did. Jobs was very determined and was ready for any challenge thrown his way.

3. One part of the reading that was confusing to me was why his attitude was the way it was toward Atari. Why was his body odor bad? Just want to know what the big significance behind that was.

4. If I was able to ask Steve Jobs two questions those questions would be, at the beginning of this process did you think apple would be as big as it is today? I have a feeling that Jobs knew this had so much potential and that they would succeed, but everyone surrounds their lives around apple products. The other question I would ask would be did you ever consider quitting and giving up your dream and career aspirations? Everyone at one point gets frustrated and believes they can't get to their end goal, curious as to his thought process and what he thought.

5. I believe that Steve Job's opinion of hard work would be that if you were a hard worker that it would result in success and that you are capable of achieving adversity and getting to where you ultimately want to be in the world. I obviously do share that same opinion as he does, if I gave up on my work, I wouldn't be able to achieve my career goals.

12A- Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1

The segment that I chose was college students, which was very simple because my application service is based around the need for college students to use this as a communication forum for traveling arrangements. I am in this segment and there are many students here specifically at the University of Florida that are in this segment as well.

After conducting my three thorough interviews, it was very evident that this application that I wanted to develop was realistic and something that can be useful and effective moving forward instead of the current platform in place. All three of my interviews were the exact candidates that I was searching for, my target market. College students at universities in the state of Florida that did not own a vehicle at school. The current issue that these kids are undergoing is the wanting of traveling home or to a city without knowing how to get there due to their lack of available transportation. Each of the kids told me that they used social platforms such as facebook and twitter to try to find transportation from where they were to where they wanted to go. These kids are looking for a safe and easy way to be able to travel and not have to think twice. My application idea of a platform where students can request rides and drivers can request passengers can communicate so everyone is happy. This application serves many purposes and is not complex in any manner. Each of these students, even from different schools, agree that this idea is realistic and would be popular amongst college students and other locals who are in the same need. The idea of having a communication platform app which connects you to other students who are driving would simplify this issue and the unmet need that many of these students currently have. If this is proven to be successful in the state of Florida, this could easily expand to other states, where local schools would be placed in one group and the rest would be solved by the communication. Each of the people that I interviewed agreed that with the right process and doing, this can easily be utilized by any student at any school. That transportation and going home can be that simple and not complex like the current issues that exist today.

These interviews showed me that this idea would fully work in the environment that we are in today and possibly could expand if it works out. A thing that I considered was verifying the drivers and making sure they had a clean background before taking another college student, for safety purposes. Overall, I think this idea can definitely become a reality, just needs to be done correctly and made sure no errors are made.

11A - Idea Napkin No. 1

1. My name is Alex Bachenheimer, I am an third year student majoring in business administration with a specialization in sports management. Upon graduation, I plan on attending law school to further my career aspirations of becoming a sports agent. I work with both the women's basketball team as well as the men's baseball team here at the University of Florida. My skills are that I am a good problem solver as well as communicator when it comes to working in teams. I am also someone who can take initiative and be a leader in a specific situation. Like I said above, my aspirations are to become a sports agent because of my love and passion for sports athletes growing up. I chose this business idea due to the unmet need and something that plenty of people are affected by. If I were to start this business, it would help the unmet need of others and definitely be great to know I am making an impact and change on people.

2. The service that I am offering to my clients is an transportation application that is used a communication forum where students and other locals that are in need of a ride. This platform allows for communication of those that are searching for rides whether that be from north Florida all the way down to south Florida. All they would need to do is download the application and it will pick up your location and connect you with others in the surrounding areas who are looking for rides or people that are driving who would want give rides.

3. I am offering this application to college students and students who are in the local area of the state of Florida. This idea has a lot of potential, so I am hoping that if it is as successful as I think it could be, it could expand bigger across the United States. For example, utilizing the state of the Florida would include students from, UF, FSU, UM. USF, UCF, and FGCU. As all those major schools are included, it offers a variety of different options of where kids could possibly be traveling to.

4. My target market and demographics care because traveling is something that happens every day and weekend essentially. People that are trying to get home from Gainesville all the way to Miami, but don't have a car and don't want to pay a major fee of taking a bus such as, Greyhound and Red Coach. It is something that would be beneficial and less complex if they knew they could use an application to ride with other students and locals to the destination that they are going towards.

5. The thing that sets me apart from everyone else is that this application does not exist and the only competition that remotely is relevant is students using a facebook group that is very inefficient and something that will not sustain long-term. My application stands out due to its features of paying/tipping the driver if you both agree that you would pay for gas or you would pay for their dinner. These reasons are what separates me from everyone else and is something that I have that the competition does not.

I believe that these elements do fit together, that it is a logical idea and something that could be very realistic if the process was done correctly. This is an unmet need ands something that many college and local students go through when trying to travel elsewhere. The only aspects of this application that I would say could be worked on are the logistics behind the drivers to make sure that they have a clean slate of a record and you are not just driving with a complete stranger, but other than that I believe this idea has a lot of potential and something that can bring in immediate income due to the need of this. Overall, everything will be examined and thoroughly looked upon before releasing of this app.

9A - Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2

Who: After conducting an additional five interviews and furthering my research of this opportunity, I found a correlation and relationship between the people facing this issue and lack of sports organization in their respected city. Seeing and noticing the success of other cities as they consume an economic increase due to their sports organization, it is evident that people want to bring a sports franchise to their supportive city, but only if the price is right and it makes complete sense economically as well as socially. For example, I used the city of Las Vegas to bring in an National Football League team since the bringing in of the National Hockey League team was such a booming success on a multitude of levels. The city was an amazing location for it due to its population and economic growth that the city has. It improved their economic status, created employment, and produced entertainments for its tourists and residents. These interviews happen to show that if a state such as North Dakota wanted to bring an expansion team or establish one, the benefits would exist, but not capitalize in the way they would want them to due to the total population in people and the popularity of the idea of using money to build a stadium and finance this franchise. There are similarities and differences, but the cons would seem to outweigh the pros. On the other hand, a city such as San Antonio would be another example of a city that should get an NFL team due to the population as a whole and the advantages it would bring if such things occurred. The people that I interviewed fully understood the merit of what I was trying to get at and had agreements in opinions on the different states and cities that should get a franchise versus some that should not.

What: With what I am trying to accomplish, it is evident that it isn't something that can happen over night, probably not in two nights either. It is a long process with a long-term benefits that the city of Las Vegas would full reap. If this were to happen which is in debate, would bring in increased income and revenue for the city due to the benefits that it is tied to. Creating jobs and employment, building and bringing a city closer and establishing entertainment for years to come is something that Vegas would do and what other major cities could do if they had an organization.

Benefits:
- Creates employment
- Automatic revenue to the city
- Another reason for tourist and residents to stay in Las Vegas long-term

Why: The cause of the outsiders needs are the same for the people that are inside the boundary. Cities countlessly each year try to make a major impact and move by bringing in an NFL franchise all for the same reasons and benefits. All in all, yes each city has a different structure and different reasons behind it. Not every city may get approved, but the cities that do have the same reasonings and benefiting the city as a whole is the main one.

Inside the boundaryOutside the boundary
Who is In: Las Vegas, other major cities who don't have an NFL franchise in existence already.Who is Not: Small cities without NFL organizations who's economy would not benefit from this move and ultimately make it a waste.
What the Need Is: To bring in NFL Organization to their respected city.

What the Need Is Not: Bringing an organization that would not help the current economic standing of that city.
Why the Need Exists: Creation of employment and jobs, revenue and income brought in by the franchise, and adds a factor for tourists and residents to stay settled in the city.
Alternative Explanations: Indifferent to the issue and because they don't feel it will be beneficial to the city in many ways.

8A - Solving The Problem

The main and best solution in my opinion to resolve the wanting and needs of the citizens of Las Vegas, is to approve the establishment or expansion of an National Football League organization. By approving this request upon the city, the next major steps would be to begin the mecca of the team, which is the stadium that will fill up with fans from all across the world that want to see Vegas with a football team just like other big cities in the United States. The stadium is the product of the organization and is the mainland of the NFL team. Just like when they had to make an ice hockey arena for the Vegas Golden Knights, this football stadium represents what the citizens of the city want and need. This is then the start of the economic growth in many ways including, employment, movement and settlement of citizens in the US to Vegas, and revenue that this organization would bring into the city. Overall this movement that has existed for some time now, will end in growth and overall success for this issue of a lack of an National Football League organization.

7A - Testing the Hypothesis, Part 1

1. The city of Las Vegas, Nevada is in need of an National Football League organization. There are a multitude of reasons and benefits as to why this expansion needs to happen, including, economic factors and the revenue that it will bring to the city.

2. The who: Citizens and city of Las Vegas.
The what: Welcome an expansion team or creation of an National Football League team.
The why: It will create job opportunities, automatic revenue, and bring more people to Vegas.

3. Testing the who: Are there other cities in the United States that inquire about this need? Does every state need an NFL organization? Utilizing the city of Las Vegas can help develop a plan moving forward for other cities that in the coming years want to replicate what Vegas is in the process of. Testing the what: Many cities try each year to be the next city to expand their sports franchises by bringing an NFL team. What aspects should we consider when expanding or establishing an NFL organization to a specific city? Why will Vegas succeed more than another city that has nothing? Testing the why: Why will doing this have an economic impact? What increases will occur if this were to happen in Vegas? Will there be a change in population if this establishment exists?

4. After going through a lengthy interview process, it was evident that this opportunity exists and is something citizens of the city of Las Vegas need and want. They believe that they are missing out on an opportunity that tons of cities in the US have and have had for many decades. It was a little difficult to understand the conflict and why it exists in the first place. It was difficult because since so many major cities in the US have an established football organization, why wouldn't a huge city such as Las Vegas have one already. It is something that has been a major debate for decades now and is something that is still talked about to this day. The city of Vegas never had a professional sports team up until a few years ago when the city established the brand, Vegas Golden Knights. It turned out to be a home-run and something that has boosted their revenue and created employment for citizens. Looking at the success of other cities with NFL teams such as New York, Boston, and Miami, only makes the case for Vegas to want to do the same. The overall agreement and consensus is that the citizens want Vegas to bring an NFL team so that besides the fact it brings entertainment, it also helps the economy and will make Vegas a city more people want to move to. Now, are there other cities pushing for the same that Vegas is? The answer is yes, people in the United States love the National Football League and believe that by bringing in an organization, it creates opportunities like no other. Not every state needs an NFL team simply due to the populations of those states and that the economic benefits would not extend as far as a city such as Vegas. The what issue is getting a team approved by the local officials of Vegas for this opportunity to fully exist. Vegas will succeed more than most other cities without teams due to their background and history as well as their destination being a tourist spot. From the interviews it was clear that they think the city of Vegas has room to grow and improvements to be made and that something of this caliber could motivate and better the city as a whole in a multitude of ways. Discussing the why portion of this argument was the most interesting because of the responses and explanations. We came up with reasons as to why they believe Vegas needs to bring in and NFL organizations and the benefits that it reaps if it were to happen. The results of this happening are the employment increases, the revenue that will bring to the city, as well as more citizens will settle in Vegas and live there knowing the city is multifaceted. The solution to this argument is that it needs to be brought to the attention of the local governors of the success the city has had with the Golden Knights and noting the success would blow through the roof if an NFL organization existed in Las Vegas.

5. Utilizing these interviews is very important and beneficial in many ways because it provides us with evidence and receiving feedback. From the beginning of this process through now, I have learned many different things regarding this opportunity and what it truly means to the city of Vegas and the effects it has. This issue has been ongoing for years now and is something that is debated today. This is clearly complex on different levels, but I believe this move is beneficial and something that is needed for this city as explained above. Not every city can accomplish this, that each state and city has a different economic situation and includes different factors.

6A- Identifying Opportunities in Economic & Regulatory Trends

Opportunity 1

FDA clears the way to increase access and lower cost of life-saving opioid overdose treatment

drug

A: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/16/fda-wants-pharma-to-bring-opioid-antidote-naloxone-over-the-counter.html
B: An opportunity exists due to the work and clearing from FDA for drug companies to increase access and lower the cost of the life-saving drug that is used to treat opioid overdoses. This opportunity did not exist before due to the tight restrictions and expensive cost of this drug. This opportunity is beneficial to so many people that need to survive.
C: Both companies and consumers will benefit form this opportunity, but the main target are the people who need the drug.
D: I think it is very easy to exploit because someone can buy the drugs for cheap and then sell them for more to someone who does not know better, but overall I think it is a great opportunity.

There is nothing in my past experiences that give me a better advantage of the situation than someone else, but the facts are that this drug used to be hard to find and expensive to purchase and now with the FDA, it isn't anymore and it is accessible.

Opportunity 2

Government shutdown slows FDA inspections, food safety watchdogs warn of outbreak risks

A: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/10/shutdown-slows-fda-inspections-watchdogs-warn-of-outbreak-risk.html
B: This information leads me to think that an opportunity might exist because of the closure of the government and what has happened because of it. Now that the government is in shut down, things such as FDA inspections are decreased and now increasing the changes of something wrong occurring. This is not a good opportunity, but one that can exist due to the lack of inspections.
C: The every day customers who buy food and other products that the FDA inspects are the ones that are affected.
D: The opportunity is relatively easy to exploit only if the government opens back up again and is not shut down. Once the inspections from the FDA increase again, this conflict will go away.

I see the opportunity because of what I watch on the news and what I read online. Now that the government has shut down, many things have been affected including the inspections of food safety. Overall, this needs to change and keep the inspections at a normal rate.

Opportunity 3

OppenheimerFunds CIO: There won't be an economic recession for at least 5 years

A: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/14/oppenheimerfunds-cio-krishna-memani-no-recession-for-at-least-5-years.html
B: This information leads me to think an opportunity might exist because of the growing sediment of between both US and China. Since this bodes well for stocks, this will better help the recession that is in place currently in the market.
C: The customer with this opportunity are the people and the businesses that are affected by the economy.
D: The opportunity is relatively easy due to the steps that are being taken by the countries.

I see the opportunity because of the experts who predict that the economy won't be in recession for at least 5 years. Due to concerns about economic slowdowns, it puts pressure on politicians and business leaders. I believe that this opportunity is real and exist.

Opportunity 4

Job growth surges by 312,000 in December

A: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/04/nonfarm-payrolls-december-2018.html
B: This information leads to me to think that an opportunity might exist because of nonfarm payrolls surging by 312,000 in December even though economists expected a payroll growth of only 176,000.
C: The customer of this opportunity is going to be the people who have jobs and who want to receive more money.
D: The opportunity is relatively easy due to the exceeding in expectations of Dow Jones and the total over increase in payroll. The increase is tied with October for best since April 2009.

I see the opportunity because of the statistics and numbers that exist today. The fact that the payroll increase exceeded Dow Jones by as much as it did and it is tied with October as the best since 2009, makes me think this opportunity is real and something to pay attention towards.

5A- Identifying Local Opportunities

1. They live with autism. But it hasn't prevented them from getting jobs in South Florida

The problem in the article is that an employee wrote himself $6,400 worth of checks to himself and took the money from a customer of the company he worked at. The customer from Boynton beach is the one with the problem since she lost that money.

4. I tried to cancel my Priceline hotel cancellation, then Priceline kept my money

https://infoweb-newsbank-com.lp.hscl.ufl.edu/apps/news/document-view?p=WORLDNEWS&t=pubname%3AMIHB%21Miami%2BHerald%252C%2BThe%2B%2528FL%2529/year%3A2019%212019/mody%3A0120%21January%2B20&f=advanced&action=browse&format=text&docref=news/17115456D3DE0B58

This article is about a person who booked a hotel in Israel with priceline with the notion they were capable of canceling after booking since that is what the website stated. After a notice in a cheaper price elsewhere, the person contacted priceline which ultimately ended in them saying you couldn't cancel your reservation and it was un refundable. It turned out the customer took a screen shot of the advertisement as proof. Overall priceline, made the adjustments and made it right with the customer after the conflict. The problem in the article is lack of rule following by priceline as they did not honor their own statements on their website. The consumer who purchased the reservation had to deal with the conflict until more people got involved.

5. More than 68,000 pounds of chicken recalled after wood was found by some customers

4A - Forming An Opportunity Belief

1. I have a belief that the National Basketball Association expanding its league to Las Vegas will create opportunities and bring in revenue to the city and state immediately. This belief creates a huge opportunity for the city of Vegas and it will establish a brand.

2. The unmet need is a basketball franchise in the city of the Las Vegas. The unmet need is with other basketball organizations in surrounding areas such as the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans, or other franchise looking to expand to another city to grow and flourish. The need came from the wanting and pursing of the citizens from Las Vegas. After the immediate opporutnity success from the start of the NHL team, Vegas Golden Knights, the city is hungry for the chance of hosting an NBA team like many other cities in the United States. Steps are being made by the National Basketball Association and by owners who want to either move a team to Las Vegas or establish a brand new team from scratch. Meetings and outreaches from citizens of the area occur to its local city about bringing this opportunity for jobs and revenue. I am 100% sure this opportunity exists, it has been an on-going pursuit by fans and business people of the city.

3. The prototypical customer is a fan of sports, who is desiring an investment of bringing an NBA organization to the state of Nevada for the first time ever.

4. Iteration No 1.

I am fortunate enough to be friends with a girl who is from and lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. The exact nature of the need is that they want to continue expanding the city as a whole and by bringing an NBA team, it will create jobs, income, and a sense of unity for the city. They became aware of this need before they brought in their first sports franchise to the city, Vegas Golden Knights. Once they established this NHL team, they realized the opportunity that it had created and the effects of it. By bringing in an NBA team, it will only grow the city and come with jobs and overall money that the state will earn. They are currently addressing their need by being vocal to their city authorities. They hope one day to eventually be a apart of an organization that is bigger than themselves.

5. I learned that the city as a whole is hungry for opportunity and for a chance to grow in a multitude of ways. This girl wants to see Las Vegas continuing to succeed and by bringing this to them will bring opportunity.

3. The prototypical customer is someone who want to see NBA games in person such as the rest of the United States.

4. Iteration No 2.

The exact nature of this need is that the citizens of Las Vegas are disgruntled with the absence of an NBA in their city. They became aware of this need when other teams starting to expand and move from city to city such as Seattle to Oklahoma City and Vancouver to Memphis. The fans of Vegas want to be able to be involved as a fan with a local team in their city. They experience this need when the NBA season is in motion and they do not have a team to respectfully cheer for. They are currently dealing with this issue by being proactive to the city and the people who are responsible for bringing in sports organizations. They will be satisfied with this solution once this change is made so they can be apart of the National Basketball Association as a fan.

5. I learned that even though this might seem like a "need" to a fan of Las Vegas, it does seem more like a wanting simply for the entertainment that it brings to the city like any other city who has a basketball team.

3. The prototypical customer person who works in sports and wants a position within the organization, this will create opportunity and bring immediate income that will ultimately help the city.

4. Iteration No 3.

The exact nature of this need is that someone who works in sports wants the opportunity to work for an organization within the city of Las Vegas. Due to the absence of this opportunity, they are at a disadvantage compared to people who works in professional sports organizations because they have a  team in their city. They have had this need for years now, the sports field is very competitive so if Vegas has the opportunity to bring in a team, that immediately creates job and internship opportunities for people who have been waiting for years. They are currently addressing this issue by being proactive and hoping for owners to hopefully create a team or bring one over from another city.

5. I learned that working in sports is very competitive and the opportunities are limited. By bringing in an NBA organization to Las Vegas it will create plenty of jobs in many different markets. This is something that would not only benefit the city, but also the workers of the organization.

7. I still believe that this opportunity is still very relevant and possible that can happen in the coming
years. Not only does it cater to its fans and supporters, but also the people who works in the sports industry. It creates opportunities and income that Las Vegas currently does not have. This worked with the expansion of the NHL team so by doing so with an NBA team, history will repeat itself. I believe that my new opportunity is more accurate than when I started due to the Iterations and the details surrounding them. I believe that entrepreneurs should fully adapt their opportunities based on customer feedback. By listening to the customers, they get a different perspective and something they can take into consideration. Entrepreneurs such as Mark Cuban have capitalized on opportunities because of listening to fans and people who are outspoken on certain subjects. Overall, I believe that this going to happen and that the city of Las Vegas is going to receive many opportunities with it.

3A- Your Entrepreneurship Story

Up until now, I have had a moderate amount of experience within entrepreneurship. During middle school, I joined and competed in a club called DECA. This organization was a club for entrepreneurship students that wanted to build upon businesses or invent something. You presented your product or change within a company to judges and competed against other kids in the state of Florida and furthermore on a national level. This gave me the experience at a young age to write, speak, and use business skills on a more professional level. In my four years in deca, I made it to states three times and nationals once. Overall, I am forever grateful for these experiences and now have obtained more knowledge since then.

I enrolled in ENT3003 to gain a better understanding of entrepreneurship and to keep learning. By learning more from this course, I can apply it better in the workforce once I am finished with college. Another reason why I took this course was because of my requirements of graduating with a certain amount of business electives and this course sounds very interesting. Overall, I am excited to learn and see what this course bring in the future.

The challenges I faced while coming up with my list was that, many things bother me so I didn't know which to pick. Ultimately, I was able to pick the top things that bothered me the most and that were my "bugs". There are many different explanations for why these reasons bother me and the pubic in general.
