Hey Alex, Good job on the first sales pitch. I think it was an awkward/ uncomfortable assignment for most of the people in this class but it will give us something to expand on for future sales pitches. Your words are confident and you looked the part. I bet the most successful entrepreneurs have sale pitches that are constantly evolving to better reflect their good or service. Also as the generations change, shifting to appeal to new minds could be very beneficial.
Hey Alex, You did a very good job composing yourself during your elevator pitch. I thought you were well prepared to discuss your business idea and you were able to communicate it clearly and accurately without many distractions, which is vital for selling yourself to a business professional. Make sure to always compose great eye contact for a professional (in this assignment the camera, which I know is hard to do because you had to look down). Overall, great job!
Nice job Alex. I like the idea, especially since not all students have cars. What would be the difference in this with other apps like Uber or Lyft? Since these already offer similar services, I feel like there would have to be a unique or exclusive feature for your app. I like how you spoke clearly and seemed well prepared, especially with your attire as well.
You did a great job with your elevator pitch. You seemed very confident based on your composure and tone of voice in addition to looking the part and really selling your business proposal. The angle of the camera was engaging as an audience member and you spoke well. Talking to a camera makes these pitches are awkward to begin with but I would only recommend that you make a bit more eye contact to really keep your audience listening. Nice job!
